I strive to render excellent nail services to you and the rest of my clients. In an attempt to be consistent with this, I have an Appointment Cancellation Policy that allows me to schedule appointments for all clients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been set aside for you and when it is missed, that time cannot be used to service another client. I require that you give at least 24 hours notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows for other clients to be scheduled into that time slot. If you miss an appointment without contact within the required time, this is considered a missed appointment. A fee of 30% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to you; this fee cannot be applied to a future service and will be your direct responsibility. In addition, if you call to cancel your appointment in the 24 hour time frame the cancellation fee will be charged to you. No future appointments can be scheduled without the payment of this fee. Additionally, if a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice for a scheduled appointment, we will either need to reschedule or only do a portion of what was planned at your scheduled appointment. I strive to providing the best client experience and getting off to a late start negatively impacts my next clients experience.
